Stallion Group, a company dealing in automobile brands such as Honda, Audi, Skoda, Changan and Hyundai and other commodities, has donated a fully equipped Hyundai ambulance to the COVID 19, Secretariat set up by the President to serve as support for citizenry against the impact of the coronavirus disease.
The regional financial controller of the stallion group, Mr. Sameer Gupta along with Mr. Ganesh Phadale, general manager auto division and Mr. Manish Daryanani the head of sales and marketing, presented the ambulance on behalf of their group chairman, Mr. Sunil Vaswani.
Mr. Sameer Gupta said the stallion group is concerned about the safety and wellbeing of the people of Ghana.
“We are here today to show solidarity to the efforts of all in fighting the corona virus” he said.
Justice Sophia Akuffo, the former chief justice and the chairperson of the covid 19 fund who received the ambulance expressed gratitude to the stallion group for the support in tackling the pandemic.
She said Ghanaians have been hard hit by the pandemic and she encouraged them to support the government in all aspects to fight the disease.
